Telkite uses a Web-based defect tracker tool to track and maintain the defect database. The tool is exposed to our clients. It enables the clients to keep abreast of the latest developments in their respective projects.
Our engineers also use tools like ClearQuest, PVCS Tracker, Bugzilla, DDTS and Element to report defects for specific clients.
